Once we receive all required documents, we will schedule a meet and greet. Meet and greets are 2-hour sessions designed to assess your pup and allow them to socialize with our pack! Terms and Conditions:

Daycare/Sleepovers:
All dogs must provide proof of all required vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and Flea/tick control.) on their first day and continue to provide updates. Only socialized dogs and dogs in good health are allowed to participate in daycare/sleepovers. All male dogs must be neutered by the age of ten months. All female dogs must be spayed by ten months or after their first heat. Any signs of aggression toward another dog or person will terminate their daycare/sleepover privileges. As per HRM Noise By-Laws, dogs with persistent barking behaviours will not be accepted for daycare or sleepovers.

Veterinary Care:

Any dog whether in daycare or sleepover may need immediate attention by a veterinarian while at our facility. If this should occur, we would attempt to contact your vet provided. If we are unable to reach them in our determined required time frame, we will seek medical help from another vet. Your account (Visa/Mastercard) will be charged for the full cost at time of pick up. By accepting these terms and conditions you are consenting to CPR, Sedation and treatments up to $1000 if recommended by a Veterinarian.

Injuries: When it comes to bumps and bruises, Dog Daycares are no different than playgrounds for kids. Dog play includes open mouths and the use of paw – occasional nicks and scrapes are going to happen. However, more serious accidents can happen in the blink of an eye, and sometimes fights can break out. Our qualified staff can help keep these incidents to a minimum, but owners should know that as with any activity involving other dogs, there’s a chance your pet may get hurt.

Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Cheque or direct payment upon pick up.

Drop off/Pick up times:

Monday to Friday any drop offs must be before 11am. Pick-ups can be any time before closing.

A Sleepover is for 28hrs, there may be additional charges after that. special arrangements can be made for hours outside these scheduled times. We also offer drop off and pick up service, cost will depend on mileage.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

I agree to release Pampered Paws Inn, it’s owners and employees from all liability should any illness or injuries, mild or severe, be inflicted upon my dog while in the care of Pampered Paws Inn. If my dog(s) purposely bite(s) another dog during their stay, then I will be responsible for paying the initial full vet bill for the injured dog(s). Employees of Pampered Paws Inn will use our corrective methods to discipline your dog(s) where needed. Pampered Paws Inn will take every precaution to ensure all shots are current however if my dog comes into contact with the Bordetella infection or Fleas, Pampered Paws Inn will not be responsible as the effectiveness of shots can not be guaranteed by a vet. Pampered Paws Inn attempts to screen all dogs for aggression however all incidents cannot be foreseen. Pampered Paws Inn is not responsible for the condition of any non-spayed/neutered dog(s) and does not accept females in heat. Clients leaving their dogs personal effects here are at their own risk. I also agree to pay in full, at time of pick up (or before) of my dog any and all charges incurred. If staff are unable to arrange an appointment with your dogs’ regular vet then I also give permission to use another Animal Hospital to treat my dog as deemed necessary for my dog’s health and well-being and I will be solely responsible for payment and any charges incurred for such care and treatment.
